One of the founders of Murano Software and its CEO, Dimitri focuses primarily on working with clients, managing and growing the company.

Dimitri is a software industry veteran with an extensive business and technical background, including over a decade of experience in senior positions with several Southern California software firms. Before founding Murano, Dimitri was chief technical architect for the nation's largest real estate website, Realtor.com. He played an integral role in designing the architecture and managing the development of the highly scalable, innovative real-estate search-engine technology that became the crown jewel and main traffic draw to the highly successful Realtor.com website.

Before Realtor.com, Dimitri led application software development efforts for Treasury Services, a Santa Monica-based financial applications provider, until the company was acquired by Oracle as part of its Financial Applications division. While there, he was instrumental in developing a complex financial analytical engine adopted by the world's largest financial institutions.

Andrew has extensive knowledge of managing software development in a global environment. For the last five years, he has applied his exceptional management skills to offshore outsourcing. Andrew establishes offshore development centers, and leads and motivates teams. An excellent communicator, he fills the gap between different cultures and builds lasting partnerships with clients.

With deep technical roots in object-oriented analysis and design, Andrew has been effective in creating complex enterprise software systems, including comprehensive medical applications systems and ERP applications, as well as sophisticated technology tools such as compilers and web services.

Andrew Filev was one of the first people in Russia to gain Microsoft Architect Certification. The Microsoft Certified Architect Program identifies top industry experts in IT architecture.

Andrew has worked with Microsoft's .NET technology since its emergence. He has written more than 30 online articles about .NET technology, and has been published in leading Russian IT magazines. His experience with building enterprise systems is reflected in the WROX book "Professional UML with Visual Studio .NET" and frequent speaking engagements (in Russia and Southern California, in both the private and public sector).

Andrew graduated from St. Petersburg State University and the Stockholm School of Economics.

Brad brings to Murano over 20 years of experience in building and selling technology solutions to global enterprises. Brad’s vast experience includes co-founding Pacific Netcom, one of Southern California’s largest value-added resellers and professional services providers; serving as president of Software Networks, where he helped lead the company to be acquired for $460 million by Digital Island; and serving as vice president for Cable & Wireless, where he was responsible for $40 million in revenue. He led partnerships with EMC, HP and IBM while at the company.

Brad is a serial entrepreneur and enjoys helping startup companies by providing funding and business and technical advice. Brad has a B.S. in computer science / mathematics from UCLA.
